About

I'm Aditya Prasad. I spend most of my time thinking about the places where contemplative practice, philosophy, and mathematics meet — and about why those meetings are harder to articulate than they should be.

My background is in mathematics and computer science. For the past several years, much of my attention has turned toward meditation and the philosophical traditions that surround it — particularly the question of how direct investigation of experience relates to the formal structures we use to describe it.

I write here to think in public: to work through ideas that are still forming, and to find readers who are working on similar questions from different angles.
